Join us on Friday, May 31, 2013 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Annual Broward County Council of Chamber's Small Business Person of the Year Awards Luncheon at the Renaissance Plantation Hotel to congratulate Jay Weintraub, A1 Auto Detailing. He has been chosen as the 2013 Greater Plantation Chamber of Commerce's Small Business Person of the Year. Jay has been involved with the Plantation Chamber and numerous community projects by giving time, energy and resources.
In 1998, he started A-1 Auto Detailing – a Mobil Auto Detailing business.
He started with 1 van and 1 employee. Over the years A-1 Auto Detailing has grown to become the largest Mobil Detailing business in Broward county and currently has 7 vans and is operational 7 days a week throughout Broward county. They have been based in Plantation since the inception and plans to be here for years to come.
Over the 15 years in business, he has hired and trained hundreds of local young people in the community to teach them the business of Detailing.
Jay believes in giving back to the community at large and supports a few charities and schools and his company does a few fundraisers for them each year.
He is also very involved in the local community, including the Plantation Chamber of Commerce, which he credits for doing wonders for his business. Additionally, he is a proud member of the Plantation Chamber Board of Directors.
